Our position

PainiteMP3 respects the rights of creators and rights holders. We do not store audio, video or image files on our servers: videos are played from YouTube, covers are loaded from Spotify and the converter is operated by an outside provider. Even so, we will respond to a valid notice concerning anything our pages point to.

How to file a notice

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright notice" and include all of the following:

  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL or URLs on our site that you want us to review.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review complete notices promptly. Where a claim is justified, we remove or disable the page or link in question and inform the affected party. The files themselves are held by other companies, so we recommend that you also send your notice to the service that actually hosts the material.

Counter-notice

If you think material was removed by mistake, you may send us a counter-notice containing your contact details, the location where the material appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your signature. We may restore the material unless the original complainant informs us that they have started legal action.

Repeat infringers

Where appropriate, we will block access for anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright.
